About Us

Aaron Mintz founder of Northshore Construction and Roofing was adopted into a wonderful family in Southern Indiana at the age of one. He is half Korean and half American. Growing up in the Midwest Aaron was raised with strong values and excellent work ethic which he has strongly contributed to his success over the last ten years in the Tahoe Basin. Aaron went into the service out of High School and was a United States Ranger for four years. After his service, he used his G.I. bill to receive a bachelor’s degree in political science from Indiana University.

Aaron has defined Northshore Construction and Roofing by its commitment to customer service. Our most important goal is to ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction on every project. Northshore Construction and Roofing has a team starting with the President Aaron Mintz who personally meets with every client and tenaciously works to make the budget work to build the clients dream. Aaron also works first-hand with engineers and the team to successfully resolve obstacles and expedite issues that may arise to prevent costly delays.

Every client also has a project manager to manage the budget, schedule, coordinate all sub-contractors, and monitor the progress of every job. Every project manager has a superintendent to oversee and scrutinize the quality of the build and to ensure that the construction is perfect and time schedules are met. These are the qualities that have contributed to our building an outstanding reputation in the Tahoe Basin over the last ten years.
